Creative Commons/Free Stuff
This is stuff that isn't doing us any good sitting on the hard drives. Little experiments, loops, rejected works (it happens,) and anything that happens to be around will hopefully end up on this site. For the most part they are 'as is' because we've long since gotten tired of the programs used to make them. This isn't to say that if you want something tweaked or altered that we won't do it. We have a soft spot for Flash game developers and students of the digital/video arts. We'll try to help you out as much as we can.
While you are not required to let us know if you use anything, it sure would be nice to know.

What?
From the website:
We use private rights to create public goods: creative works set free for certain uses. Like the free software and open-source movements, our ends are cooperative and community-minded, but our means are voluntary and libertarian. We work to offer creators a best-of-both-worlds way to protect their works while encouraging certain uses of them — to declare “some rights reserved."
What this means as far as the music on the following pages, is that you can download our audio use them for demos, projects or games, whatever you want. It also means you can alter said audio in any manner you see fit. All we ask in return is to be credited.
Just An FYI:
These particular rules only apply to the music on this site. If you see other Creative Common logos on other people's work, make sure you check to see what licenses still might be in effect.
We also don't want to help out with anything truly perverse, obscene or offensive. Fortunately that is for us to decide, and that only happens if you ask us to modify something. You don't have to let us know if you download something, but we are not responsible for its use afterwards.
